Postage & Delivery

All items will be packaged securely and require a signature on receipt.  Various options are available to select at the point of check out.  Items will be sent via Royal Mail unless other arrangements are agreed.

The shipping price includes the cost of delivery and packaging but does not automatically include a presentation box.  This is due to some designs being too large for the standard presentation box.  Our normal presentation boxes are pink with our logo or suitable alternatives may be used.

Where possible we aim to use recyled or recylable outer packaging.

Due to the bespoke nature of our items, our UK Post & Packaging costs are calculated dependant on the weight and the size of the items ordered.

Tessa's Tiaras reserves the right to alter prices and post and packaging costs without prior notice. Occasionally offers may be available which will provide Free post and packaging. Such offers will be detailed in our newletter and/or our facebook page.

Despatch

As all of the items sold by Tessa’s Tiaras (excluding Jupon products) are handmade to order, please allow 21 days for delivery from the date that your payment in cleared funds is received. Therefore, if you require your item sooner than the 21 day turnaround you will need to contact us in order that we can ensure that we have all your tiara or other accessory components in stock and we have enough time to make your item and ship it to you.

Should the production or shipping of your item be delayed in anyway, you will be given advance notice as soon as this becomes a possibility.
Providing that you have provided a valid email address, we will confirm to you once the item has been despatched.

Please be aware that most petticoats will be sent inside out and will require the hoops feeding through (if any).  This is the most sensible way for them to be sent to avoid damage to the hoops themselves and unecessary and bulky packaging.

Returns

With the exception of Jupon products, as each item is made to order, in the unlikely event that your item is damaged during shipment, we are not able to offer a refund but will provide a replacement on receipt of the damaged item. 

Should you change your mind with regard to the colour or style of the item, we may offer an exchange or credit note at our discretion.  Please advise us immediately and we will always try to assist where possible.  We regret that in this instance postage costs for items sent and returned would be non-refundable and all items should be returned within 7 days.

Sale items are also non-refundable unless damaged during transit and the damaged item returned to us.

For all items, if the item has been damaged in transit you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by email to sales@tessastiaras.co.uk as failure to report damaged goods in a timely manner may result in difficulty in replacing your item. It is the sender’s responsibility to always obtain a certificate of posting, this is to ensure that should the item not be received, the sender would be able to claim recompense via Royal Mail.

All returns must include the original packaging.  For Jupon products any returns should be made to us within 7 days.  Should you have a fixed date for a dress fitting, please provide us with the date of the fitting and of your wedding/event and we may at our discretion and prior agreement start the 7 day return period from the date of the fitting.

Appointments & Consultations

Appointments and consultations are available via prior arrangement. Please book using the contact details found on the "Contact Us" pages of this website or alternatively telephone 01963 824301 or for short notice appointments/cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) 07732 450144 may be used.  Please take into consideration our normal opening times when awaiting a response or confirmation.  If you have emailed us and have not had a response within 48 hours, please check your junk mail / spam folders or call/text 07732 450144.
